Dana Peloso is a passionate coach and mentor dedicated to his faith, family, and athletic teams. A 2001 graduate of Plainfield High School in Connecticut, he was a three-season athlete before continuing his education at Roger Williams University, where he played rugby for the Hawks. Committed to growing the sport of field hockey, he became the head coach at Oxford High School in 2023 and expanded his coaching role by joining USA Field Hockey’s Nexus program and Worcester County United in 2024. He also coaches with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, using his platform to inspire young athletes both on and off the field. Peloso is currently a Level 1-certified coach with USA Field Hockey and is actively working toward his Level 2 certification. Additionally, he holds NFHS Level 2 coaching certification and is an Accredited Interscholastic Coach. Focused on developing field hockey in Oxford, he established the Bartlett Elementary School club program in 2024, with plans to introduce a Chaffee Elementary School spring club program in 2025. He is also leading the creation of the Oxford Youth Field Hockey Program, which will launch its inaugural season in the fall of 2025. Through his dedication and leadership, Peloso continues to foster growth and opportunities for young athletes in the community.
Lauren Baugher is a highly accomplished athlete and coach with a distinguished career in field hockey and softball. She is the head coach for both the varsity field hockey and softball teams at Newton North High School. A standout player at the University of Delaware, Baugher competed in field hockey (1992-1996), softball (1993-1997), and lacrosse (1992), serving as captain of both the field hockey and softball teams in 1996 and 1997. Her exceptional talent earned her Regional All-American honors in 1995 and 1996. In 2018, she captained and led the USA Women's Masters World Cup Team in scoring during their competition in Spain. Her outstanding contributions to athletics have been recognized with inductions into the University of Delaware Hall of Fame (2003), the Neshaminy High School Hall of Fame (2015), and the Bucks County, PA Sports Hall of Fame (2022).
Kelly Rosborough is a respected field hockey coach and educator with a deep connection to Uxbridge High School. An alumna of the Class of 1996, she returned to her alma mater as head field hockey coach in 2014 and has since built one of the most successful programs in the state. Under her leadership, Uxbridge has earned numerous accolades, including four consecutive Division 4 State Championships (2021-2024) and back-to-back CMADA Division 1 titles (2023, 2024). Her dedication to excellence has been recognized with prestigious individual honors, such as the 2023 Max Field Hockey Massachusetts Coach of the Year and the 2023-2024 Southern Worcester County League Excellence in Coaching Award. Committed to growing the sport, she launched youth field hockey clinics and camps in 2014-2015 and remains an active member of the Uxbridge Youth Field Hockey board. Beyond coaching, Rosborough is a passionate educator, serving as a Special Education teacher at Sutton High School. Prior to her tenure at Uxbridge, she was the head coach at Worcester Academy from 2006 to 2008. Her impact on the game is evident in the success of her players, with over 15 Uxbridge athletes continuing their field hockey careers at the collegiate level across Divisions 1, 2, and 3.
Melissa Aiksnoras is a dedicated coach and former athlete with deep roots in the Grafton field hockey community. A proud alum of Grafton High School, she played for the Gators for four years before continuing her field hockey career at Simmons University. While at Simmons, she balanced her passion for the sport with her academic pursuits, ultimately earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. After college, she spent several years coaching field hockey in Rhode Island before returning to her hometown, where she has led the Grafton field hockey program as head coach for the past four years. Committed to the development of her players and the sport, she holds a Level 1 USA Field Hockey Coaching Certification.
